This is probably another new communication channel between you and your loved one. Sometimes, you’d probably be a bit shy for saying that you miss her or him, so you wanna have a little cute way to express it. The USB Cow lets you hook it up to your computer’s USB port and have the other one to be hooked up to your girl’s or guy’s computer, so you two can exchange messages in the cow’s mooing way. The USB Moo Moo is loaded with some software that makes it extremely easy for you to send a “moo” to your loved one at the other end. Just a press of button on it, it’ll send a moo to your loved one at the other end, which they can just send a moo back.

We’ve been bored by the entirely too utilitarian concept of multi-card readers ever since they were hosting our SmartMedia and xD cards, but Earth Trek seems to have revitalized the concept for 2008. The 2-in-1 rotary multi-card reader has a patented swiveling USB 2.0 connector to let you come at it from all angles not exactly going to revolutionize your memory card experience, but a nice touch. The reader also includes a plug and adaptors for charging your phone, which seems random but useful. No word on price or availability.

SD With Built-in USB Connector

Although most gadgets have a USB connector, some still don’t. That’s where this SD memory card comes into play. First of all, it’s pretty small and has a tiny USB connector that allows you to plug it into your computer without a card reader. It then snaps into a plastic case turning into that SD card reader. The 1GB version starts at about $21.
